Q1. How long does it take to see the difference in my eyelashes?
Most people see results in 3 to 5 weeks. When you are over 30 it can take a little longer, normally 8 to 10 weeks. We have yet to have a client who said it did not work at all.

Q2. If I use GrandeLASH-MD twice a day, do I see results faster?
Yes! Many clients have told us that they saw results faster when they used GrandeLASH-MD at night and in the morning too.

Q3. Can I expect some skin reactions or skin irritation?
GrandeLASH-MD is a stimulant and in our clinical trials, 3% of patients experienced some tingling or slight stinging, which disappeared after 3 to 5 days.

Q4. Is GrandeLash-MD safe to use?
Yes. In our clinical study none of our patients suffered any adverse reactions so it is considered to be safe. However, it must always be borne in mind that with any cosmetic product, some people may be allergic to one or more of the ingredients. If you do experience an allergic reaction, discontinue the use.

Q5. Can GrandeLash-MD be used by both Men and Women?
Yes it can. We have many clients of both sexes who use GrandeLASH-MD

Q6. Can I use GrandeLash-MD when I'm pregnant or breast-feeding?
GrandeLASH-MD has not been tested on pregnant or breast-feeding women so the answer is No.

Q7. Can I use GrandeLash-MD when I'm undergoing chemotherapy?
Again the answer is No. It’s better to wait until your treatment is over.

Q8. Do I feel something after I apply GrandeLash-MD?
GrandeLASH-MD was Ophthalmologist tested with a clinical trial where 3% reported an itchy red eye or mild sensation. To overcome this they used the serum every other day for the first week to allow the skin to become used to the product. All subjects reported longer, thicker lashes. However, if this does not work for you and the sensation persists, associated with redness or irritation on the skin around the eye/eyelid then please discontinue the use.

Q9. Does GrandeLash-MD also work on my eyebrows?
Yes it will. Clients have had positive results on eyebrows with GrandeLash-MD.

Q10. Can I also use GrandeLash-MD on my lower eyelashes?
Yes you can, but do not apply it too close to the edge because on the lower lashes it can migrate easier into your eyes.

Q11. If GrandeLash-MD gets into my eye, what should I do?
Rinse the eye immediately with lots of water. If you get any irritation then contact your Physician. Always apply GrandeLash-MD with great care.

Q12. Can I use GrandeLash-MD with my contact lenses?
Yes you can. GrandeLash-MD is safe to use with contact lenses because you don’t put it in the eye.

Q13. Can I use GrandeLash-MD with my Eyelash extensions?
Yes you can, but in a few weeks you won’t need eyelash extensions because you will have your own fabulous, long lush lashes and you’ll be able to say: They are Natural, they are Spectacular and they are all MINE!
